I found my bullfrog seemingly eating his shedded skin?? He seemed to be eating it as it came off or you could say he was eating it off.

I honestly have no clue, I didn't even know they shed. Do they shed? If so, do they eat it?

When I kept green frogs (not tree frogs, but the Rana sp.) they shed every 2 weeks, so I would say it's natural.

Okay, what's the shed look like? What's the process like?

exactly what you described.

he is simply shedding his skin, and then eating it as it has nutritional value.

yuck. But yah bullfrogs tend to do that after they grow.
