Bullhead growth

I stuck my dipnet in the water in a creek nearby and came out with 2 4 inch brown bullies. I put them in a sheltered area in the stream leading to my koi pond and lined it with rocks to keep them in. How fast do they grow? I'm feeding them hikari cichlid gold

I caught mine in July at 1" and he's now 5", the growth rate is ok but not RTC-like.
