Never know until you try it. The aro may even bully the dat depending each fish

Try it and see how it goes. It should be okay, just have a back-up tank incase things go wrong.

my guess is you won't have a problem now.. when the aro reaches.. say 15-18" it just might start questioning the hierarchy.. the dat will beat him up, and they will probably live happily ever after.. introduce the aro first if possible btw..

it can...depends on your size of your set up ,etc.....if signs of aggression are shown now it will get worse.
add a school of diether fish (SDs, Barbs)....that seems to help
