I added a Jack Dempsey into my tank and one of the Oscars chases him around and bites at him. Any way I can stop this?

Defiantly not removing the Dempsey because it's not at that level yet. Should I move a majority of the decor or just one part of it?
Move everything around.
Give the Jack a chance to develop realty at the same time as the Oscar or else there will be property disputes. Oscars are terrible neighbors.
A petco associate once told me to put the most aggressive fish in the tank last, such as adding the jack and then keeping the oscar in a different tank for a day or two, he of course was referring to things like, put the Tetras in first then add the Red Devil. The man was a genious. My version should work better than his, no promises however.

I would do a massive water change when you move stuff around....
That renders the tank totally different for a spell, and when the water comes back up... taa daa its like a new tank!
How big a tank is this? Is there enough room for them both?

After moving the decor doesn't work I will remove the dominant one for about a week then reintroduce later. Once you remove the weekest one it will almost never gain a spot in the pecking order. By removing the dominant one you give the weekest time to settle and adjust. Also you can try a divider for awhile until the JD settles.
I always add feeders when i put new fish into my oscars tank it keeps everyone busy and the new guys get a chance to adjust, i just finished incorperating a GT into my O tank he was added with 20 rosey barbs all went very well.

Alright, I moved everything around and I will do a water change today and if that doesn't work I have a tank to move the bully too.
