Hha haha! K so what started me in this hobby was my moms catfish. She didn't want it anymore so I took it off of her hands. Its a south American bumblebee cat about 2" and about 6 years old and really cool at that. Now I have tiger fish, payara, and other monsters. And this is only about a 5 month long obsession I've had!
Last night my molly gave birth to fry, and I moved them into the tank with small bumblebee thinking nothing of it!! Ding ding ding! Got a bad lightbulb just a minute ago when I looked in the fry tank. They are all gone! 12 of them. I was thinking of how that happened, then it dawned on me, all catfish must eat anything! Sure enough little spotted bast#$% has a huge fat belly and only one fry is left. This was my first fry ever bred and now they all gone! Anyhow my bumble is the coolest fish ever and I love it to death being my first fish, so with this incident I've decided I'm going to get him one of those bad azz little 5-10 gallon beta tanks with the built in light hanging over it and I'm going to deck it out for him! New tank soon! That concludes four of them I will now own lol!
Least he eats good hahaha! Don't know if anyone else has one of these fish but if you have fish fry you don't want, give him a treat!!!

Love them lil bumble bee cats they are very hardy and very cool fishes. They dont' get big that's the best part. I love them bumble bee cats. sorry about the frys but as you stated at least he's eating good.

Sometimes I wonder if he ever eats. I usually feed my feeders about twice daily. Once before I leave for college and once before the lights go out. But he is still kickin
