Bumblebee cat in a 10g?

I just bought 1. I read max size is 4". Theirs 2 different types, 1 gets 8" I know. but I know for a fact this is not the asian 1, its the south american bumblebee cat. Can I permanently keep 1 in a 10g as species only? Keep in mind a 10g is almost 2 feet long, and 1 foot wide. I think it should work but I just wanted to make sure it is ok with everyone else.
