None of your business!
Ok, I've kept my bumblebee cichlid for about, 6 month's now. I have heard people say that, when bumblebee cichlid's get older, they will dominate the tank?? is this true? My bumblebee cichlid is getting bullied by my auratus, and albino zebra cichlid, my bumblebee is about 3 inches. Also how can you tell the difference between a male and female bumblebee cichlid when they're young?? mine doesn't start fight's, and even loses them! :( I feel really bad for him....please help me...thank's

He is still small, when larger he may be tougher... He still has some growing to do.

Very true. Keep in mind that the bumblebee will get a lot larger than the auratus or zebras (~8") and while they're not as aggressive, at full size they should be more than capable of handling themselves with the better known malawian "tough guys".

the bottom line is ... even though some fish have a reputation for being aggressive not written in stone... all are individuals... some say Auratus is very aggressive ..i have had only sweet natured ones.. so you will just have to see how things turn out.. in the meantime i would add a few more caves, rocks and fake plants to give the bumble bee a place to hide..we wouldn't want him to get picked on too much.
