I finally did a video of this super elusive cat. I'm not sure how rare they are in any other country but it took me 20 years to find another one of these little guys. For their size they are extremely predatory and they have the personality of a larger catfish. Very interesting fish but not active at all....I tried to showcase this fish the best I could to make the video interesting since they don't move lol. this fish lives in my 120 gallon with a bunch of cichlids it can't swallow and they seem to max out around 5 inches in length.

Nice job. Has it always had such cloudy eyes?

I for one have never seen them for sale but they are very often misid'ed as other bumblebees / jellies and cephalosilurus species.
