Bumps on senegal's face?

So I've noticed my senegal has been developing all these lumps on his face. There's a few on his chin and one on each side where his lower jaw connects to his head. 75g tank, other polys, ctenopoma, and a synodontis as tank mates. Ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate <20, 82-84 degrees, 50% water change every other day (yay pythons!). None of my other bichirs have them. Should I be concerned? They almost look fluid filled, but I've never felt them to see if they are hard or squishy. Hopefully you can see them in the pics.

My palmas polli has a similar bump on his upper lip. Not sure what the cause is. As long as hes eating i wouldnt worry about it.
