My male pea pufferhas bumps all around his mouth.

Also the ammonia test looks higher than zero to me, a little greenish IMO. Might want to increase frequency of water changes.

How long has the tank been set up? What size is it and how many other tankmates?

1. 29g bowfront w/ Aquaclear 50
2. Recently moved to new fish room but established for 6+ months prior
3. 7 Honey Gourami, 5 Forktail Blue Eyed Rainbows, 3 Pea Puffers, 6+ Zebra Danios 1 BN
I will be doing a water change this afternoon after work.

I can't comment on the stocking level as I don't really know much on those species requirements. Are any of the fish new or recently added in the last couple months?

The Puffers and Rainbows all are new. Came from a hobbyist. I've had them for a few weeks, I think.

Yes, I will stop by my lfs and see what med options and available.
