burning in my finger!!!!

ok just tried to measure my smallest chinese perch, and right when i measured him (7") i picked him up like any normal fish with my hand, and on the way to the tank he flung around and one of his spines hit my pinky finger. Now my finer is bright red and burning! I don't know what to do! I don't think they have venom glands in the spines of there dorsal fins, but people thought duck billed platypus weren't either..

I don't know it really hurts!


so anyone who knows more than me can you please tell me if they arn't poisonous and i'm just trippen!

same thing happened when a side kicked a bluegill while fishing(it was dinner we were camping and he was flopping toward the water) well i got pricked by all the spines and had a line of red holes in my foot itll will burn for a while and then get better dont worry about just add some neosporin.

yeah it went away by now, just scared the hell out of me.
was a red track line that went from my pinky (original puncture) and went to my wrist but its all good now
