Nobody mentions the Fer de lance. 2000 kills per year.
Russels viper lives in much denser area then the Fer de lance.
And the Bushmaster is also not as fatal as the Fer de lance.
But I might be wrong.

Anyways, in the end I think a lot of factors need to come into play to really figure out which species is the most "deadliest". Size of snake, type of venom, concentration of venom, reaction to venom, time it takes to seek medical help, area of injection, health of individual all take their toll on the victim.
