he's still too small for me to get a good pic... but the sign claimed to be a busy nosed... the older ones i've seen do have the pertrutions on the tops of their faces... but my baby doesn't have any yet.... is that common??

and what do they eat because i' have algae waffers and he is NOT eating them haha I'll see what i can do about pics

Babies don't have it yet until they mature. Males have more bristles than the females. They're vegetarians. Focus on vegetables and spirulina tablets. You can weigh those down with a fork or spoon.
