BUSTED EYE

Hi guys

It seems my baysnook hit his eye somewhere during the night. He seems to have a hurt his eye, there seems to be blood leaking in the eye (not out side). This afternoon it was a third now its all most hafe way. He doesn't seem to see me with the busted eye but his other eye is fine.

I have medicated the tank with Interpet anti internal bacteria . Contains bronopol, formaldehyde and benzalkonium. This med is surpposed to be a break through med for internal bacteria probs in the UK.

Can you please give me some advice and tell me if the eye will heal. He is a real babe of a fish. Thanks

Also can you tell me if I can add mela fix for external defence. Thanks.

My GT took a hit in the eye from a pissed off convict 1/4 its size. Eye deflated, never healed. Never got infected either though, so win/loose.

the eye seems to be healing. The blood that got into the eye seems to be almost gone, at one point 90% was covered. The eye is still not the same, its not clear. I think only time will tell. I am just happy that he still lives and eats even though he's not as cocky as he used to be.
