Busted overflow

So I have a 90 gallon acrylic tank with a center internal overflow; however, the bottom of overflow has separated from the bottom of the tank. How could I fix this?

Running or broke down? Broke down there are weldon products, not sure which one. Running, there is a two part epoxy for rocks and corals that's like jb-weld. It mighty bot seal water but should keep out solids.
