Busted Tank!!!!!!

I picked up the is acrylic tank off of craigslist a few days ago, and finally got to cleaning and test filling.

here are the results.

its about 1/2 thick acrylic too.

i wish i knew.

are there places that recycle acrylic? i need to get some money back from this.

WOW! That sux complete blow out, must of had a decent crack in it with the water pressure/weight behind it.

anybody have an idea if they recycle plastics for money?

check with a local acrylic supplier. also consider that the tank could be glued for use without water for reptiles, etc. might be worth a few bucks to somebody that way.

ohhh man that sucks..is there anyway to fix it?
