Fast the aro for a couple days, should go away. If it's looks really bad add epsom salt at 0.1-0.3 % gradually to water, this will speed up recovery.
It's protruding anus (PA). Caused by infection in the intestine where food is not easily digested in there. Could be caused by anything you fed to the fish.
A dose of 0.3% epsom salt will work as a laxatives to clear the fish bowel. Try "meaty" diet for now till it heal.

this tends to derive from fatty foods, such as wonderworms. I'd say, as has been said already, fast it for a couple of days and get her on pellets.
