thinkin of getting rid of my fh and doin some africans would a pair of jewels do alright wit a butti, provided they r juvis and have lots of hiding places. My local asian resturant has a 10 inch butti with a breeding pair if jewels any thoughts?

How big will the tank be? Jewels are pretty tough, but I dont know how they will hold in the long run.
jewels are cool. but if they are a breeding pair, if they are like mine they will take over around 50% of the tank.Tuff little fish ounce for ounce!
what type of jewels , i would go with the bigger tougher five spot jewels so check out hemichromis elongatus, hemichromis fasciatus, and hemichromis frempongi, i was going to do then in a 125 with a butti to try it out , but if u do it make sure u have a pair of these jewels and also that the butti is bigger then the jewels
