butti/tank mates?

hello I have a 210 [7x2x2]

and i currently have
1xalbino tiger oscar
2xjags possible bredding pair?
1xspotted gar
3xsilver $'s
and two red devils

and i was wondering if i could add a butti to my tank?

all fish right now are about 4inches tops and the gar is about 8
