Just as a sidenote, strips are often inaccurate.

What you're looking for depends on the strips you bought. What are you testing for?

Im testing for why he has not ate in a week?

Test kits do not tell you anything about whether he is eating or not. Many cichlids will go on a hunger strike, but try to keep feeding him twice a day. All uneaten food must be removed. As a precaution, try feeding him pea's.

The box/bottle the test strips come in should say it's for either:
Ammonia
Nitrites
Nitrates
A combination of the above
kH
gH
pH
A combination of the above

Or something else. What does it say on it?

Ok i think it was telling me that the PH is to high? the color is in between the safe and bad color??
Everything else checked out safe...

Is that why he is not eating?

The actual pH isn't a big deal. Stability is important. Generally you want 7 or above. Almost no one has tapwater come out under 7, and if it does it's usually poorly buffered which causes big fluctuations (pH swings are bad).

Ammonia should be 0, nitrites should be 0, nitrates should be below 40ppm.

I have no idea why he's not eating. It could be a number of reasons.
