In the same tank I have the anemone I have some button polyps , im not sure but I think I burned them with the salt water i added to the tank the other day, theyrenot comming out and they have like a clear tissue like bubble over every one of them -what should I do ?,are the bubbles good or bad over them I slowly acclimated them to my other 30 gallon where its warmer and where there is more current

It's normal for them to retract when they are disturbed... but I'm not sure about these bubbles your talking about... Why would adding salt water burn them unless it was the wrong mixture (as in to high salinity).

Or if it wasnt fully mixed, or newly mixed...

Did you dip them? Did any actual particular salt touch them?

How long in system? What is your system like...water parameters, lighting, filtration...etc.

Clear bubble sounds like they are giving off some mucus, probably trying to get rid of the "burnt" flesh.

How are you mixing your SW. What SG do you have it at? How are you testing the SG?
