I think Repair has one, and there are a lot of lfs in central indiana that do.

LFS will order jags for you. That is probably your cheapest option.

One of the guys in FL wants the 6"male I have but shipping may put it out of the price range.... I have a pair of jags... the male is 12" and the female is 10".

Whats the average price / tank requirement for these guys?

tank size: huge. I keep mine in a 300, but its in with some other fishes, Ive seen them go for 5 bucks for a small one, 30 bucks for a 6" one and $100+ for 12"+

I gave my 14" male and 12" female away...lol...totally free...needed the space. but yeah, i kept them in the 300gal.....the more room the better!
