Bluegrass Aquatics has many complaints on the cichlid forum. I personally have ben sent a bag of sick and dead cichlids. They refuse to refund my loss ($44.50) and insist on giving me a coupon toward my next purchase which will be never. Pictures are of what was sent to me. If you buy rom this outfit expect to get ripped off.

Is the coupon toward ur next purchase the same money paid for the fish? Is that part of their shipping and DOA policies? Just wondering. Was planning to buy from them.

I posted on their fb wall before and even sent them a msg enquiring about a fish and they never responded to me. I ordered the fish elsewhere, just saying.
