my b day coming up next month and i want a light for a 29 (planted) gallon.i was looking at the corallife130 watt......is there something better for the price out there(around 160$) and what will i be able to grow with that light
Cheaper is not always good, many cheaper fixtures have poor reflectors, and/or aren't sealed for moisture.jcardona1;1975357;1975357 said:i wanna try one of these for my planted 55g. dont think youll find a lower price out there...

Do yourself a favor, and skip the coralife fixture. A Hagen dual linear HO T5 fixture will cost less, and light more.movitt;1974860;1974860 said:my b day coming up next month and i want a light for a 29 (planted) gallon.i was looking at the corallife130 watt......is there something better for the price out there(around 160$) and what will i be able to grow with that light
Depends on the actual wattage of the bulbs. That kind of lighting though should put you in high lighting.movitt;1977816;1977816 said:i was looking at the end of wpg but i dont understand....if i do get the dual ho t5(30 in for 29 gallon) how much light is that considerd.high, medium, low?????i
