Do yourself a favor, and skip the coralife fixture. A Hagen dual linear HO T5 fixture will cost less, and light more.

i was looking at the end of wpg but i dont understand....if i do get the dual ho t5(30 in for 29 gallon) how much light is that considerd.high, medium, low?????i

Depends on the actual wattage of the bulbs. That kind of lighting though should put you in high lighting.

thank you, thank you,THANK YOU....ive made my choice im going to use that hagen glo dual 24"...i cant use the 36" because the brackets wont fit on my 29.....still considerd high light with that unit? BUT with high light will my DIY Co2 suffice or am i going to have an alge problem?

I run the same fixture on a 20G planted, but I use flourish excel. You might consider running both diy co2 and excel. If one bottle of co2 isn't enough, you can always make more, which does make for a more stable environment.
