Buying a wood tank?

I am looking at buying a plywood tank that has been lined with fiberglass. I want to pitot in my house. Is it a good idea.

Look it over inside and out and see if it holds water. If anything doesn't look quite right don't buy it.

+1 make sure it holds water before buying it
