I would recommend you to send andreas, from tropicfish an email to see what he can do for you. He didn't update his website for a long time but reply's emails very well.

You could ask tropicwater.eu if they're sending to Serbia. They're not very cheap though.

Name is Leif. He just started his own business last year and I've heard a lot of positive feedback on our German forum. Most of the people bought Polypterus. Also cheaper than the one mentioned above. Not too sure about shipping though. The last batch of Polypterus he imported himself.
