When is the best time to buy some pbass? I am looking for some orinos and I am tempted to get jeff's rio metas. But I am more interested in some of the other orinos. What are the odds of some rio negro or venezeulan orinos showing up for sale. Is there a perticular time of year there is more veriety?

What do you guys think about river wonders? What might they be?

a few guys bought those, they ended up being orinos. as for when to buy them, that answer is whenever you can find them. venezuelan/colombian orinos are pretty much the same; they all come from the orinoco.
rio negros is another story. might see them again, might not. you cant export from brazil, so the only way to get fish from the rio negro is to have special govt permits, which supposedly is how the rio negros were collected that were brought in a few months back (the ones i have). but this was just a handful of them. so unless you have some connections, it may be hard to find these again
