If you're going to want to get a nice one, you'll have to spend a bit of money on one. I bought my male at about 4"s and paid 35 for him. He was worth it, when they're little (which is what you'll get at that price), it's hard to tell if they're deformed. You're better off saving the money and spending more and finding one that's a bit bigger, healthy and of high quality.
Your going to need more money than that. I also see your location is canada. Unless you find a good lfs carrying them around for that price your looking at spending 40+ on shipping alone. Of you want a nice male at breeding size 5+in then you looking at 60$+ good size breeders are not normally seen for sale becuase all the good large male breeders are kept and used to create the next generation of EBJD. If your also looking I to breeding these fish you need to have several different lineages. So 1 ebjd male from a single source, then another ebjd male for another source. And two regular females JD from two different sources as well. Please do not expect to jump into breeding these fish for cheap and make some quick money. You will only further weaken the gene pool that is finally getting stronger in the hobby.
