I maybe the only person thats hasn't purchased anything on ebay. Has anyone had a negative experience. I was thinking of buying FX5 off ebay not sure if i can trust the sellers.

I bought an fx5 off ebay recently. It arrived within a week. Brand new, no issues at all. I got it from this seller: http://stores.ebay.com/POND-PASSIONS-OUTLET. Others on this site have purchased from her before, she sells pond equipment and sex toys-seriously.
There were only 2 issues, she didnt respond to my email asking if she had received my payment and when i could expect shipment, and that the filter was shipped in only in its original box. I would have expected that it would be double boxed, though the box was in fine shape and the filter was perfect.

i make a point of never buying off someone or a shop with less than 98.5% positive ratings, i did once by mistake and it bit me in the ass. and i never do business without paypal. it has got my money back a couple of times now. but out of over 100 buys ive only had 2 go wrong but i got my money back within 2 weeks, once paypal investigated.
