p's are not illegal in every state. if you live in a legal state it's easy to buy them online and have them shipped. if you live in an illegal state, it's still easy to get them if you browse the forums.

if ur in cali.....go on piranha-fury.com and look at their classified i've seen hundred of great deals on there.....to bad i'm in maryland.....
