I'm so annoyed! After waiting almost a week, UPS finally delivered my new AC110. I was excited to see the box outside my door when I got home from work, opened it up, emptied contents, and proceeded to start rinsing everything off. Then to my dismay found a large star-shaped crack in the filter case.
Looks like its back to UPS tomorrow to send it back and wait more than a week to receive a new one. GRRRRRR!!

That really sucks. I hate UPS, time seems to slow down whenever they have something I want now.

Pictures of the destroyed goods would be cool.

I hope this isn't a trend! Another member recently received a cracked AC110.

Sorry for your trouble...and yeah, I hear ya'. It's disappointing!

With this cold weather I would think it is very easy for them to crack with the least vibration. Is there not a local fish store to purchase a AC110 or are you getting a great deal on it.
