I have a light that I got foe free and its buzzing like mad unless I turn it on its side or in akward angles. I have no idea whats wrong its not deafening but its annoying. Is there anything I should be particulary worried about (light exploding)? Do you think changinglight bulbs would help because I'm thinking about getting some acintics for my light hating dats.

the ballast. It's what keeps the current from going crazy and tripping the circuit. Used to, they all buzzed. Now that they have created quiet ones, they only start buzzing when something's not right.
