Just got the buettikoferi along with a new delhezi yesterday and shortly after midnight last night I found the poor lil' fella dead! :( I was majorly bummed about this. I'd never lost a poly before and to lose one that rare, to me atleast, was especially sad. After fishing him out I emailed Toyin and told him what happened. I expected him to be like "oh well, he was alive when ya got 'em. tough break". But to my suprise he emailed back that he'd replace the buett free of charge! :WHOA: All I need pay is shipping! :headbang2:headbang2

So yeah for those that don't know, Rehoboth Aquatics rock!!

Man that sucks! Amazing cutomer service from Toyin. Makes me REALLY anxious to place an order with him.

There is a reason why he has the following and the business he has... he has good stock and good customer service. I have ordered polys from him and have no complaints. It sucks about your loss, and paying shipping sucks, but I am glad you aren't dealing with a shady business.

Yeah the shipping sucks but the replacing the fish is excellent customer service. true professional.

Paying shipping for replacement fish is a business standard in aquaria. Especially since it arrived alive, that is excellent cust serv!~ :headbang2

Sorry for the loss, it happens. Glad you got it sorted. Sounds like a great business.

i just meant it sucks in general, i realize its the industry standard. i'm just glad the fish will be replaced. i think normally if you have a live arrival many sellers don't take responsibility for the fish after its been in your tank. i'll definitely do business with Toyin again...when i make some room somewhere that is.
