Is it possible for C.aurantimaculata to breed in tropical temps? Here it gets 22c at it's lowest. An lfs which imports channa out of India has a pair of C.aurantimaculata in a display tank which they claim have bred twice, the owner says their about 8 years old and have never been through a winter period using a chiller,(apart from frozen water bottles and fans)Has anyone had any experience with aurantimaculata in tropical temps? The only sub tropical which that I have seen being bred here are C.andrao and you can even find F4s.I have also seen C.pulchra breed but usually it only gets to F2.
