Hi,

Well thought i'd post a couple of pics of my giant snakehead. He's dong pretty well. i'm trying to get him off feeders. But its proving pretty hard. I got him back beginning of january. and he was just reaching 2 inches. prolly a little less.. He is now about 7 and a half inches. Big bastard. I'll post a video of him eating soon. REAL monster... Anyways here are the pics:

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Anyone have any tips getting him off feeders?
He's currently in a 50g. When he gets bigger i'm either gonna get a bigger tank or a pond.
 
When i made my snakeheads eat different food i'd starve them for a couple of days, mine eat anything now.

Also, you could try to approach the tank with your hand making a spesial movement of some sort and after doing so you feed him with live food.
After a while it will know when to eat and immediatly attack the surface when you drop the live fish. So after a week or a month with doing an almost ritual everytime, you swap the fish with frozen food or whatever.

See if it works, i have no idea, but i think it should work.

Thanks for the advice.. I do this to all my fish.. I usually click my fingers. I find it so very hard to starve my fish.. i feel like i'm mean... anyways i'll soldier it and not feed him
 
Thats an awesome fish, why again is it banned? Damn communists.
