Crenicichla notophthalmus is probably my fav. all time dwarf pike. They are just so much better lookin in my opinion than any of the other dwarfs. They are much less common as well. They tend to be a little more on the aggressive side, but their beautiful coloration makes it easy to ignore this trait. Notos can almost get up to 5", which is fairly big for the dwarfs. My fav. thing about them is that the males get an elongated dorsal fin kinda like cockatoo dwarfs...very cool!
