Dude, that vittata is HUGE!! But still not done growing....expect quite a few more inches outta it.

thanks. i think the marm is a female, no? got a pink belly ... is that white stripe supposed to be right on the edge of dorsal or a level down indicating a female?

Looks quite male to me. Check out female marms in some pictures. You CAN'T miss the bold white stripe in the dorsal.
