Hi People

I've been keeping fish a couple of years now and always wanted to make my own hybrid. Not for commercial purposes but Im planning for a fishroom in the basement to make room for fry on a bit larger scale than 2 tanks. I just cant get over the fact that I love oddballs and especially unique animals, even though the colors might grow dull and blurr

And I now have an empty 120g which Im gonna stock next week. The plan is to get one of each available Aequidens hoping for some pairing. Im very aware of the fact that Im gonna have to get another big tank for some of them when they get bigger, but for now I got heaps of driftwood and rocks to make caves and hideouts.

The ones available atm is:

Aequidens pulcher
Aequidens metae
Aequidens rivulatus
Aequidens tetramerus
Aequidens dorsiger

Is there any one of these which simply cant go with other Aequidens?
How does cichlids react to spiny eels?

Thanks for answers

Anyone?

I've seen alot of tanks with different aggressive cichlids in.. I've read alot of threads where green terrors are considered very agressive and hard to keep with others, but I also read in that a green terror would get bullied by several for being too aggressive.. calm fish could get beaten up, or left alone for not being in the way.

Any ideas on any of the fish mentioned above and if anyone would, generally speaking, be a killer for this kind of tank? cheers
