First, thanks very much for the compliments, Secondly, my hat is definately off to you. I remember your PM from a while back (and the youtube link for the prison yard race riot).

For the record, I call my tank "Pelican Bay" only because a bunch of people on another cichlid-forum talk like these fishes in my tank are just like what you describe in your post. They think there's already an orange mushroom cloud where my tank used to be. They think it's only a matter of time before there's a prison yard race riot waiting to pop off at any second in my tank. They think my fishes are, at this very moment, sharpening their toothbrushes to kill each other or me.

It's more tongue in cheek than anything. It's mainly because on the other cichlid-forum, they believe there's no way my tank isn't full of the tension, violence, and murder just like in Pelican Bay.

Seriously, thanks for the job you have done. You, Pacu Mom, are one tough cookie.

Thanks. He was a rescue. About half of my fishes were rescues for being "too mean".
