I was moving my smaller LCD Tv from one room to anotehr and I broke off the Cable connection on the back of the tv. It broke right off and now I cant get cable signal.

Can this be fixed ?
Is there a way around it if I get a cable box and hook the cable from the wall to the box and then run them blue green , red, yellow cables to the back of the TV ?

The original connectors are press-fit. A new one can be spliced in but, may require a backing nut and front lock down nut since the orifice may no longer be able to hold in a press-fit connector. Any electronics repair shop should be able to repair the connector for you.
The alternative connections should work. too, provided no wires were pulled or damaged internally.

You can run your Cable box using the RCA(red, white, yellow) or the Component(Blue, Green, Red?(notsure)).

If you run the red, green, and blue, you'll also have to use the red and white (audio)
Or, you can use the yellow (video composite) and the red and white. Either will work. You don't need to use the Coax.
