I heard a rumor they are getting put on the export ban list. Can anyone confirm this?

I've not heard anything but i wouldnt be suprised, i never see these around or offered on tradelists.

Indeed, from which country? If anything, they're getting more available and substantially cheaper. Kingsnake's classified section is flooded with them. In the last year in Toronto, they're gone from 1200.00+ to 600-700.00.

The ones from Peru are "farmed" and seem to come in super healthy too, my boss just imported a bunch (I've got one of the batch).

Seems like this rumour is conveniently popping up just as the market is struggling to sell Caiman lizards, even at half the price they were last year.

Good point. I did not even think of asking what country. So I can not say. That is also why I used the word rumor. Something just didn't sound right and I wanted to be sure.
