I found this with a quick google search. Briefly reading associated pages they are suggesting this is a conservative chart, meaning they get slightly higher flow rates than this suggests.

Ya there used to be a sticky in here but not no more i guess i was actualy comeing here today to reference it and no more i knownit was there last year when i set uo my last system
