What are some of the fish you guys keep? Almost every fish I want is illegal:irked: I'm having a hard time deciding on what to get next. Was going to get an Aro, but I would only be able to get a silver- and he would need an upgrade in less than a year. Bow fin was my next choice, but it's illegal. Piranha are illegal.Snakeheads are illegal. Alligator Gar's are illegal.:(

What is that one bad ass fish thats legal to keep? I'm not tired of cichlids, but my tanks are full of them- most are grow outs and are very boring to watch at this stage.
 
ATF, Aba, Armatus, True Parrot, Pike, etc.

The list goes on forever, dont let legality hinder your MFK abilities, lots of fish are special in their own way.

Fire Eel - don't they hide a lot?
Fahaka- brackish or freshwater?
Aba- knife fish? Google says they get up to 5 1/2 feet
ATF- would love to have one of these- impossible to find locally-so far anyway :)
Armatus- vampire or payara right? pretty much same as the tiger fish


I would love to get a hold of an ATF or Armatus...hook me up!
