They changed it! Its more convenient now. I got my license a few hours ago. I just got back from a fishing trip with my dad and uncle and we had no luck :(. The sturgeon tag is also different.
 
Cool, i heard theres a machine that does license for you? Your id is require too? something like that...

strange, i hear it fades in the sun, is no longer water resistant, overall way more retarded than before. The lobster card is 2' long too...

They are water resistant. Its like a long plastic receipt.

Ya they are a little different. I got mine last week and they made it so you dont have to deal w/ all those stamps etc....printed out on one piece of funky plasticy paper. And of course the fee went up a couple bucks. CA is a rip off compared to some other states...but CA is where its at :)
