go get a Freshwater fishing license. hit up a local lake with some fishing gear. you cant net them.
Dont tell fish and game
but i netted 2 SM Bass fry and 1 sunfish fry, the sunfish got eaten by a cray, one bass didnt adapt to the food i provided, the other bass did great, grew to 3 inches then my mom knocked over his 10 gallon so he died too
beyond that ive kept a number of native fish and loved them!!

No 1 wants a fine.
In some places i guess not a lot of 50 go to.
But near me is a lake which requires a
fishing license & daily permit (~ $5) to
fish out of.
