Its funny and sad at the same time. It seems that the service industry is no longer based in the United States. I was a customer service rep at one time not too long ago here in the West Coast and I did my best to provide service. The service provided the by call center at the moment are not helpful at times and definitely frustrating
especially the countless times that you have to be transferred and put on hold.
I work for a call center here in the US and I spent half of the day correcting goof ups from idiots in our company. Those people in customer service lack proper training and are expected to do miracles. I could totally relate to this video.
