okay was watching fish today and notice one of my jd' s had red worms pocking out of his anus .....
would that mean all my fish have it and if so how do i treat my tank n fish

Levamisole will solve the problem if you can find it. I just used fembendazole (it is a dog-dewormer), and it worked fine. JUngle makes an anti-parasite food with levamisole but my fish would not touch it.
You need to treat the whole tank. Others may have it and the worms will drop eggs. After a full treatment, wait a week and then redose. This should take care of the eggs that hatched.

Treat the whole tank. Get levamisole hydrochloride, flubendazole or fenbendazole. Use garlic extracts on their foods to help them eat well and purge out the worms as they are placed under treatment.

they still eat ..i found some pig n poultry wormer that has levamisole hydrochloride in it so ill try that stuff then

Excellent! Any other ingredients in it? If so, please post them. If pure levamisole hydrochloride, go ahead. If not, then we need to determine first if it's safe for use or not.

ok i ddnt use the pig n poultry wormer my bf s asian friend had some formaldehyde
and gave me some ( he used it on his king kamfa it saved it pretty good)
so hopefully it works on my fish so yeah all my fish are still eating like pigs i stopped feeding them since i put it in so yer (should i keep feeding them ?)

They need the food in order to stay healthy. Camallanus worms suck their blood and that's what can weaken them severely and quickly. Add garlic extract on the food.
