I want one to fit into my plans for a 265 gallon aquarium but im having second thoughts over its aggresiveness.

How safe are these with fish it cant fit in its mouth?

Mine is pretty agressive but I dont find it to be more agressive then other eels. I would not trust it with small fish but I have mine with triggers and groupers and a lion with no problems. What would you plan on stocking with it?

tangs, butterflies, large wrasses, and a lion

You should be fine, I would just get larger specimens or just wait for them to grow before you get the eel.

dragons are fairly hardy, you thinking of ribbon morays?

the fish list sounds fine, as long as they are too big they should be a-ok

ok ill try one then thx, any good online places that sell them?

Don't know much about them, except for hunger strikes and some speak of them being 'caution: expert only' fish...

i actually not going to get one, after more input from a different forum, there are to many stories where they went after a fish. I might get a goldentail or zebra or even a snowflake or no eel at all, im not sure yet.

Zebras are good if you are concernd about your fish. I guess it all depends on the specimin because mine is really tame.
