Alright Snook keepers, I would love to see pictures of your Red Bay Snooks. I will start with my 8 inch Snook. It would be awesome to see some photos of adults. They are truly an awesome and unique Cichlid.

All sources I have read says they grow up to 18 inches. I have had mine since June and he has grown from 4 inches to just a little over 8 inches in that time. I hope someone posts a picture of an adult....I personally have not seen many photos of adult Snooks.

I beleive this. They seem aggressive from what I have seen in a LFS. They had one tank w/ 5-6'' snooks that were beating up one syn that was equal size. I bought the syn, because I felt bad for it. They have huge mouths so I am sure they will make snacks out of any smaller cichlids too being piscavores.
I would love to own one of these one day.

Mine will dart at other fish in an effort to be territorial but as far as actually aggressively fighting with other fish I've never seen it. In fact I'm not sure that they could fight like other cichlids with their mouths being so uniquely elastic, it would be a strong disadvantage in a fight against an Oscar...

That is what I hear. Their jaws are supposed to be fragile, so they don't typically fight or jaw lock with other cichlids. They certainly can shred fins like they did to this syn.
