Calling all Thai Silk/Titanium keepers?

I know this is a newer hybrid, and I've noticed that most people do not have bigger thai silks, but let's post some pics of this cool new flowerhorn. (It would be great to see some pics of some juvies, sub adults and adults if they're out there).:headbang2My hope is to have pics that show the different stages of maturity of this new flowerhorn at varying lengths, so please include:
1. Length (approximations)
2. How long you've owned it

Cool! My little guy is only about 3" but full of himself. I cannot wait to see him bigger! Do a search and you will find some big boys! And hopefully some will post up.

The only down side is that we don't know if it's the same fish of the 4 he originally had.

because there is basically no after. They've only been around for about a year and when they first came out with this strain they weren't very stable and they wanted too much for them. I got mine on a group buy 4-5 months ago for $20 a piece + I split shipping with some locals. There were about 20 to chose from so I took what looked like a male and a female to me. I gave one to orbit and kept the other. He has the male and I still have the female. When they get to the right size hopefully we can get them breeding.

here is the one suspect to be a male which is now owned by orbit

they don't seem to grow very fast, but they have a lot of personality for only being 3".

Your point is well taken. I realize that most people state side probably only got juve's because of their relative newness to the US, but I was hoping that by some chance some of our asian brothers in the east and by some fluke someone stateside, might have one that has gotten along in age. I've seen one on you tube that looked very mature, kok and all. Still thanks for sharing those pics of the thai silks. GL with the breeding.

Thanks FHcruiser for sharing with us your amazing looking TS. Do you have any pics of when he was younger?

those two look almost exactly like the two i have. i'm hoping for the same. how's the growth rate on yours?

i must admit, for the price tag on these guys, they're gaining popularity much faster than i expected. it seems like everyone has one these days.
 
can anyone verify what quality are the ones petzonesandiego are selling? they have juvies for like $30 ....quite tempting

my 2 look really similar to camph's, but slightly more blue and less silver. they might be showin a tiny bit more flowerline, but not by much. i got mine from petzone.
